How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return

Provide Return Reason
Select a reason for your return and provide any additional details that will help us improve our service.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the return label we provide.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup if available in your area.
Track Your Return
Use the tracking number provided to monitor your return. We'll notify you once we receive and process your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds usually appear within 24 hours
- Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed to the original wallet address used for payment
Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
